Remuneration Package:

• Up to $4,000 (depending on last drawn salary & experience)

Duration:

Start ASAP 1 year (Completion bonus of 2 months)

Mon-Fri, Office hours

• Good working environment
• Training provided
• No experience welcome to apply
• Min Nitec & above

Responsibilities:

• Handle call in queries and writing down on excel tracker list
• Assisting with resolving disputes/follow up with previous customers
• Other adhoc assigned

Requirements:

• Comfortable with working on Weekends/PH (generally after 2 - 3 months
