Job Summary

We're looking for a Call Centre Representative to manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, delivering excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming calls and operate the I-slash booking system accurately and promptly to maintain zero unresolved calls and booking inquiries daily
  • Provide clear and accurate information about monthly promotions to secure and maximize bookings and reservations for new and existing customers
  • Book and update reservations for treatments, consultations, and cancellations with precision
  • Identify customer needs and clarify information to ensure customers receive up-to-date and accurate details about services and promotions
  • Follow up on customer complaints and feedback to resolve issues and improve customer experience
  • Respond efficiently to emails, SMS, and online inquiries to support daily operations
  • Perform other operational duties as assigned to support team and business functions

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Use proficiency in additional languages (e.g., Mandarin) to enhance communication with a diverse customer base and internal teams, supporting clear and effective service delivery
  • Apply a friendly and professional approach when handling customer inquiries, bookings, and complaints to maintain positive customer relationships
  • Multitask, set priorities, and manage time effectively to handle a high volume of calls and operational tasks

Other Information

  • Workdays: 5 work days per week, including weekends
  • Work hours: 10am to 8pm (Mon - Sat), 10am to 7pm (Sun)
