Job Description & Requirements
Core Responsibilities:
- Answering inbound calls: Addressing customer inquiries
- Interactions: Recording details of calls and information pertaining to the vehicle breakdown location and contact number
- Documenting Orders: Draft out orders with the informations taken in whatsapp and send to the respective groups.
- Escalating issues: Identifying complex problems and routing them to appropriate personnel or departments

- Problem-solving skills: Ability to analyze situations, identify solutions, and make decisions.
- Customer service orientation: Focus on providing friendly, courteous, and helpful service.

- Multitasking and prioritization: Effectively managing multiple tasks and prioritizing based on urgency
Working Timing:
Days: 5days per week. (Rotating Shift)(Expected to work weekends at least twice a month)
Timing: 9pm to 6am OR 11pm to 8am (night shift)
Timing: 9am to 7pm OR 12pm to 10pm (Morning/Afternoon shift)
Per week @ 44hrs (exclude an hour Break), 2 OFF Days (as per schedule)

Ang Mo Kio area.
