Job Description

  • To manage feedback received on alleged TCASA offences via specific hotlines and email addresses
  • Shall respond to the feedback and assign enforcement teams for follow up.
  • On social media platforms and keywords provided by the Authority.
  • Compile reports for review when peddlers have been identified for follow up

Timing : 10.00 AM to 10.00 PM / 10.00 PM to 10.00 AM

Working Days : 2 Days work , 2 Days off basis
