• Handle enquiries on a full range of products including personal/corporate accounts, loans, deposits, and cards.
• Troubleshoot issues and resolve customer concerns promptly.
• Provide accurate product and service information as needed.

Working Hours:

• Mon-Fri: 9.30am - 6.00pm
• Sat: 10.00am - 2.30pm
