Location: Caldecott/ Bishan

Salary: Weekdays $15/hr, Sat $18/hr (NO CPF)

- Working hours: Staggered timing for Mon to Fri (0700-1630 / 0800-1730 / 0830-1800) Sat (0700 - 1600)

- Lunch break: min 45mins

Job scope:

. Bed & Surgical Booking Office Operations

- Maintain service standards for scheduling and bed booking calls.

- Follow appointment scheduling procedures and guidelines.

- Disseminate hospital and departmental updates effectively.

- Ensure calls are answered within 3 rings or 30 seconds using standard greetings.

- Handle difficult customers and apply service recovery protocols.
