Job Description

Job Summary

Support the Contact Centre management team in daily operations and improvement projects to ensure efficient service delivery and high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support daily Contact Centre operations across calls, chat, and email

  • Monitor service levels, staffing, and performance metrics

  • Assist with process improvements and system enhancements

  • Support and coordinate operational and improvement projects

  • Prepare basic reports and updates for management

  • Work with internal teams and vendors to resolve issues

Job Requirements

  • Degree from a recognised institution

  • 2-3 years experience in contact centre operations or project work preferred

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

  • Good communication and analytical skills

  • Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
