Key Responsibilities

Inbound & Outbound Support: Answer phone, email, or chat inquiries regarding bank accounts, loans, and credit cards.
Transaction Processing: Accurately process secure customer requests, fund transfers, and data updates.
Product Promotion: Promote banking products, digital self-service tools, and credit services.
Performance Metrics: Meet performance targets for call resolution, service quality, and schedule adherence.

Shift & Work Schedule

PM Shifts: Rotating blocks such as 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM, 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM, or 3:00 PM - 12:00 AM (midnight).
Rotation: Includes weekends and public holidays on a rotating pattern (typically one weekday and one weekend day off).
Compensation: Monthly shift allowances are provided.

Job Requirements

Education: Minimum GCE O-Levels, ITE, or Diploma qualifications.
Experience Criteria:
Banking Call Centre/CS: Minimum 12 months of relevant experience.
Non-Banking Call Centre/CS: Minimum 24 months of relevant experience.
Fresh Graduates (Diploma/Degree): Minimum 2 to 3 months of customer service experience (internships, part-time, or entry-level roles welcome).
O/A Levels & ITE Candidates: Minimum 1+ years of relevant experience in customer service or contact centre operations.
Skills: Professional telephone etiquette, active listening, and strong communication skills.
Flexibility: Ability to work rotating or staggered shift patterns.
