CUSTOMER CALL CENTRE OFFICER

Job Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via phone, email, and online messaging platforms.
  • Answer any incoming calls, respond to customer's emails not withstanding other avenues of communication.
  • Assist with appointment bookings for regular health screenings and vaccinations.
  • Deliver high-quality customer service by addressing both internal and external stakeholders enquiries and feedback in a timely manner.
  • Ensure strict adherence to PDPA guidelines and maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
  • Provide accurate information on available medical services, packages, and promotions.
  • Support additional duties as assigned to meet operational needs.
  • Provide advice on insurance claims and processes (if any)
  • Ensure high standards of Service Quality to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Any other adhoc duties assigned when appropriate.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE N or O Level qualification.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage enquiries in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Enjoys working in a collaborative team environment.
  • Strong time management skills to ensure quick and efficient responses to customer queries.
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the healthcare sector.
  • Previous experience in a call centre or healthcare-related role is an advantage.
