Perform repair, troubleshooting, maintenance, calibration, and qualification of advanced pharmaceutical laboratory equipment and instrumentation to meet ISO17025/GMP/GLP requirements
Administer program for scheduling and documenting maintenance, calibration, and qualification of laboratory equipment and instrumentation
Follow calibration schedule, project budget and progress reports to the client
Assist in internal or external ISO 9001/17025 and customer audit requirements and any resulting internal/external corrective actions within assigned regions/accounts
Assist communicating with customers/users in technical matters and updates
Liaising with sales department on client's requirements on calibration, timeline and documentation
Liaise with approved equipment, instrument and standards suppliers to procure the necessary orders to fulfil client requests
Assist in equipment deliveries and pickups from clients
Identify and utilize appropriate calibration procedures
Assist in non-conformance investigations
Perform preventive and corrective actions to address identified measurement problems and non-conformance
Adapt equipment, reference standards, and standard procedures to perform calibration and measurements
Maintain calibration reference standards and calibration equipment
Ensure proper filing of Metrology laboratory associated records such as calibration report or certificates
Perform laboratory housekeeping
Manage shipping and expediting preparations of parts and calibration equipment
Set up test equipment and conducts tests on performance and reliability
Assist in the preparation of necessary calibration procedures to meet regulatory, ISO 9001/17025 and manufacturer requirements
Disassemble and reassemble instruments and equipment, using hand tools, and inspects instruments and equipment for defects
Be committed to independence, neutrality and impartiality in dealing with colleagues, customers and supplier safeguarding the confidentiality of customers and suppliers, will not disclose confidential information to third parties unless prior agreement has been provided

Job Requirements
NITEC, Higher NITEC or Diploma in related field of study such as mechatronic, mechanical or electrical engineering is preferred
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Advantageous to have knowledge of engineering, mechanics of measurement science, mathematics, physics, and electronics to perform calibration, inspection, measurement, and test equipment in the electrical, dimensional, optical, physical, mechanical, chemical disciplines to ensure measurement accuracy & precision
Excellent Microsoft Office skills specifically Word and Excel
Knowledge in IT
Strong computer, scientific, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude
Excellent administration skills
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills, with Mandarin a bonus
