Application Analyst

• Analyze user requirements and define technical specifications
• Provide advice, guidance, and knowledge sharing on business processes, applications, and system configurations
• Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of applications in line with company digital strategies and governance
• Ensure solutions meet requirements for performance, security, and service standards
• Drive continuous improvement through process and technical enhancements
• Coordinate with internal teams and subcontractors to resolve complex system and application issues
• Monitor application performance, troubleshoot issues, and perform root cause analysis
• Manage system alerts and ensure timely resolution of incidents
• Assess system compatibility and ensure smooth integration of applications
• Track and escalate technical issues when necessary
• Support site operations, including site surveys and progress reporting
• Attend client meetings and prepare necessary documentation
• Coordinate and manage teams of technicians across various work locations
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and proper execution of site procedures

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related discipline
• Minimum 2-4 years of relevant working experience
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Experience in application support, system administration, or related roles
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Willingness to work on-site and perform shift duties when required
