- Perform equipment calibration, prepare reports, and maintain calibration templates.
- Liaise with clients on technical issues and provide timely troubleshooting support.
- Assist in developing new calibration scopes and improving systems for higher efficiency.
- Maintain laboratory quality standards (e.g. ISO 17025) and ensure safe work practices.
- Support customer service by building relationships, addressing feedback, and ensuring service availability.
- Collaborate with internal teams and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
