Working hours: 8:30am-6pm (Mon-Fri)
- Calibrate equipment as distributed by the respective Manager.
- Generate and issue final reports
- Liaise with clients on technical issues when required
- Maintain draft report format/template
- Maintain good housekeeping at workstation/areas
- Assist in the development and extension of new calibration scope
- Increase calibration productivity and efficiency by adopting improved systems and methods.
- Expand business relationship while interacting with customers
- Constantly strive to deliver outstanding services
- Always act in a friendly and reliable manner, Act upon client feedback.
- Manage timely trouble shooting and assist customer as necessary.
- Ensure availability to customers.
- Build and foster collaboration with internal teams involved in service delivery
- Assists in maintaining laboratory Quality Management Systems including ISO 17025
- Promote a positive image of SGS
- At all times, adopt a safe behaviour by exercising due regard for the health and safety of SGS employees and clients, in line with SGS policies and procedures
- Perform any other responsibilities as assigned by Management
