Cafe Sevice Crew

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in food preparation, portioning and serving.
• Ensure food is served according to established standards.
• Provide friendly, courteous and efficient service to customers.
• Attend to customer enquiries and requests.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, kitchen and service counters
• Ensure tables, utensils, equipment and workstations are clean and sanitised.
• Comply with food safety, hygiene and workplace safety requirements.
• Assist with opening and closing duties.
• Ensure adequate food and service supplies are available.
• Work closely with the Crew Leader, Supervisor and other team members.
• Follow instructions and complete assigned duties responsibly.

Job Requirements

• Previous cafe or F&B experience is an advantage.
• Training will be provided for suitable candidates.
• Friendly personality with good customer service skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Responsible, punctual, and a good team player.
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
