Responsibilities
- Set up the outlet for opening and closing and perform general cleaning during operating hours to maintain a safe and welcoming environment.
- Take customer orders accurately and provide friendly, engaging service to enhance customer experience.
- Serve and scoop gelato efficiently to meet customer demand.
- Maintain strict cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the shop to ensure food safety.
- Organize and keep the shop tidy and welcoming for customers.
- Recommend and upsell menu items appropriately to increase sales.
- Communicate clearly with team members and guests to support smooth operations.
- Support daily operations and work closely with kitchen/service team members during peak hours
- Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor.
