As a Caf Service Crew, you will play an essential role in delivering friendly and efficient service to customers, preparing quality food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming caf environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service.
• Take and process orders accurately at the counter or table.
• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, beverages, and light food items.
• Ensure tables, counters, and caf areas are kept clean and tidy.
• Assist with stock replenishment and caf upkeep.
• Handle cash, POS transactions, and customer inquiries.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and caf service standards.
• Work as a team to support smooth caf operations.
