- Prepare ingredients (washing, cutting, marinating) as instructed
- Assist in basic cooking tasks (stir-frying, steaming, frying, etc.)
- Support plating and garnishing for consistent presentation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations
- Receive, organize, and store supplies monitor inventory levels
- Keep cooking stations stocked with ingredients and supplies
- Work with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
- Comply with safety and hygiene standards
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Training provided
- Min 1 year experience in Kitchen setting
- Working Hours: 5.5 days
- Monday to Friday (AM Shift: 730am-4pm, PM Shift: 11am-8pm)
- Saturday standard hours: 8am - 3pm
- Sunday and PH OFF
- Location: Raffles
- Salary: Up to $3000
