Cafe Chef (Dhoby Ghaut) - 2502

• Location: Dhoby Ghaut
• Working days: 5 days (Mon - Fri)
  Working time: 11am to 8pm
  Salary: $2000 - $2600 + PB

Job Scope

• Manage the daily operations in the kitchen.
• Take charge of preparation, production and presentation of food in a timely manner and in accordance with the recipes.
• Ensure adequacy of supplies at all times.
• Ensure that food wastage is kept to a minimum.
• Enforce health and safety practices Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and sanitation in and around all culinary areas.

Job Requirement

• Have Basic Food Hygiene Certification.
• Minimum of 1 year of kitchen experience.
• Knowledge of Japanese cuisine would be preferable.
