Main job responsibilities, but not limited to:
- To interpret interior and architectural drawings
- To prepare detailed production drawings in AutoCAD, SketchUp Layout or other design modeling and coordination software to meet project requirements and company standards
- To organize and compile complete sets of construction documentation
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent
- Knowledge in BIM Modelling and/or BIM Management preferred
- Minimum 2 years experience in delivering interior fit-out projects using SketchUp Layout
- A proactive team player but with the ability to work independently to meet tight deadlines
- Independent, analytical and has good interpersonal skills
- Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Proficient in using AutoCAD, SketchUp Layout &/or ArchiCAD
