CAD Specialist (Construction)

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of reinforced concrete (RC) structure shop drawings and related documentation
• Understanding and interpretation of structural drawings and design specifications
• Collaboration with structural engineers on drawing details and construction teams
• Preparation and modification of construction drawings for infrastructure projects
• Adherence to project timelines and quality standards
• Create bar bending schedules (BBS) based on approved shop drawings

Requirements:

• Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, major in Structural Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in Civil Design & Construction
• Experience in RC structure detailing (
• Able to work independently, take initiative, and stay accountable
• Maintains a positive and responsible approach to work
• Candidate must be open to Alternate 6 Days of Working
• Strong communication and teamwork skills. The ability to read, write, and speak English is required
• Capability in the preparation of 3D drawings is preferred (Revit, BIM modelling, Structural analysis, Rebar detailing)
