CAD Draftsman (Mechanical & Electrical)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Utilizing CAD software to create detailed 2D and 3D drawings for mechanical and electrical systems

2. Ensuring all work complies with relevant industry regulations, codes, and best practices

3. Prepare and develop detailed drawings according to clients requirements.

4. Attend meetings with projects team and client representatives to ensure drawings comply with project standards and specifications.

5. Review and modify drawings to meet project requirement and site constraints and prepare revision drawings as needed throughout the project lifecycle.

6. Coordinate with the drafting team and project team to manage multiple projects with varying timelines in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

7. Ad-hoc task as assigned

Requirement and Qualification:

1. Diploma/Degree holder in Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent

2. Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience as a CAD Draftsman, preferably in the engineering or construction industries

3. Proficient in using AutoCAD, Revit, or other leading CAD software

4. Strong technical drawing skills and the ability to interpret engineering plans and schematics

5. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality, error-free work

6. Good problem-solving and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team environmen
