Job Description
The successful candidate will join the Cabin Crew Safety, Security, Quality and Health (SSQH) Department in SIA Cabin Crew Division.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing of CCARs (Cabin Crew Accident Report);
- Filing of iReports with MOM (Ministry of Manpower) for reportable accident cases;
- Follow up with MOM assessments, objections and other relevant requirements;
- Timely processing of monthly CCARs to ensure accurate reporting
- Coordinate inflight accident reports and investigation efforts with relevant stakeholders
- Timely issuance of special passenger handling/audit/flight operations-related memo to operating crew for priming prior to flights
- Participation in cross-divisional functions and safety campaigns
- Brainstorm initiatives to enhance workplace safety and well-being for SIA Cabin Crew
Requirements
- Possess a Diploma in any field
- Experience in administrative role and being digitally savvy
- Good communication skills and an eye for details
- Able to multitask, work independently and as a team
- Well verse with Microsoft office software
- Knowledge in WICA procedure will be advantageous
