Service Champions, C-store
General Roles and Responsibilities:
. Promoteand adhere to Shell policies and procedures to maintain a safe workingenvironment and uphold a culture of safety awareness
. Ensureuniforms are clean and worn properly to project a positive image anddemonstrate pride in representing the brand
. Providequality service by following C-store service steps: Greet guests, Checkpurchases, Share store promotions and upsell, Offer assistance, and Wishcustomers well
. Maintainsmooth day-to-day operations in the c-store by stacking, displaying, andreplenishing products on shelves, monitoring product expiration dates, managingvendor deliveries, and organizing product storage
. PerformPoint of Sales operations accurately, including cashiering duties and ensuringproper accounting of daily sales
. Addresscustomer issues or feedback promptly and communicate effectively with the ShiftManager as part of the communication plan
. Monitorand report low stock levels to the Shift Manager to ensure inventory issufficiently stocked
. Maintaina clean and organized station environment by conducting daily housekeepingtasks during each shift
. Deliverhigh-quality service to customers in the c-store and actively engage inbuilding rapport with customers
. Followsafety protocols and work procedures to ensure a secure and efficient workenvironment
. Drivestore revenue by promoting upselling of products to customers and maximizingsales opportunities
. Flexibilityto work various shifts to support operational needs and ensure exceptionalcustomer service throughout different times of the day
