About Your Role:
- Business development and marketing for all Otte services and products.
- Educate engineers through hands-on training, software workshops, and industry webinars.
- Diagnose technical issues, help clients avoid misuse of tools, and explain the why behind the numbers.
- Serve as a technical bridge between engineering teams and software developers.
- Promote good design practices using CSi, IDEA StatiCa, Geoslope, Seequent, and other applications.
- Participate in the development, testing, and feedback of solutions to improve tools used across Asia.
What we're looking for:
- Minimum a Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
- Has a minimum of 3 years of experience in structural design of buildings (reinforced concrete & steel).
- Good with ETABS, IDEA StatiCa or other FEM software, and eager to master more.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices
