Brief Summary
We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee site coordination and execution for construction projects, ensuring high-quality standards and compliance with specifications.
Responsibilities
- Lead site coordination and execution for construction projects. Prepare submissions for shop drawings, materials, and method of statements. Manage relationships with internal and external subcontractors to maintain quality and scope compliance. Plan structural works and execute micro-scheduling across disciplines. Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers as necessary. Implement and monitor the quality control plan in collaboration with the Quality and Service Department. Procure and monitor structure-related materials. Verify variation orders and prepare back charges. Attend subcontractor meetings to facilitate communication and project progress. Ensure compliance with the Temporary Occupation Permit (TOP) checklist. Oversee that construction aligns with professional engineer design standards. Responsible for all inspection activities related to the project. Ensure work activities are conducted in a safe working environment. Update structural progress using scheduling tools. Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Immediate Supervisor or Management.
Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field recognized by the Professional Engineers Board. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Building Information Modelling (BIM). Independent, diligent, and driven with a strong team-oriented mindset. Relevant experience in site coordination and construction project management.
