C++ Low Latency Core Development - Trading Systems - China market

Responsibilities:

• The Software Development team builds high-performance trading tools that power systems deployed across global financial markets.
• As part of the Core Development team, you will focus on designing and enhancing the core order management system, including:
• Developing and optimizing internal messaging systems
• Managing connectivity to external trading venues
• Ensuring efficient, reliable, and ultra-low-latency trade execution
• Design and develop components of a high-performance trading system
• Build and maintain core order management protocols
• Optimize internal message processing for speed and reliability
• Develop connectivity solutions to external exchanges and trading platforms
• Contribute to performance tuning and system scalability

Requirements:

• Proficiency in spoken and written Mandarin is required to support the China market and communicate with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
• 2–3 years of relevant work experience preferred.
• Open to exceptional fresh graduates with strong academic performance (high GPA, scholastic achievements, Olympiads).
• For experienced candidates (up to 5 years), prior experience with Chinese exchange APIs is required.
• Strong expertise in modern C++ programming.
• Experience with Java development.
• Extensive experience working in a Linux environment.
• Solid understanding of networking concepts (e.g., TCP, UDP, data transmission across networks).
• Strong knowledge of computer performance analysis.
• Experience building systems in high-transaction and low-latency environments.
• Exposure to distributed and/or highly concurrent systems is an advantage.
• Interest in trading and financial markets is preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
