My client, a top-tier global investment bank with a presence in key financial hubs, is looking for a skilled C++ Developer to join their Electronic Trading team in Singapore. The role focuses on developing, maintaining, and optimizing high-performance trading systems that handle large volumes of data with ultra-low latency.
Requirements:
- Strong expertise in C++, including templates, STL, and Boost (event handling)
- Proficiency in Unix/Linux systems and low-level programming
- Knowledge of TCP/IP and multicast communications
- Experience in application support for production systems, ideally in a high-availability or trading environment
- Scripting experience (Perl, shell) and working knowledge of SQL
- Familiarity with European financial markets and regulatory frameworks
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with global teams
- Targeting AVP/VP level candidates
