Responsibilities:
- Source and evaluate suppliers for construction equipment, spare parts, and related materials
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery terms to achieve cost savings and value for money
- Prepare and issue purchase orders in line with project and operational requirements
- Coordinate with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery
- Monitor supplier performance, build strong vendor relationships, and maintain an approved supplier list
- Track inventory levels and support warehouse team on stock replenishment
- Review technical specifications and ensure parts purchased meet quality and safety standards
- Assist in resolving supply issues, discrepancies, and delays with vendors
- Maintain procurement records, reports, and compliance with audit and company policies
- Support procurement team and participate in cost-reduction initiatives and process improvements
Requirements:
- Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering or any related field(s) but not necessary
- Minimum 2 to 4 years of procurement experience, preferably in construction equipment, heavy machinery, or spare parts
- Familiarity with procurement systems and Microsoft Office 365 is an advantage
