Job Description

The ideal candidate is one who is able to handle the procurement function of the company.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ensure that procurement of products and services are carried out in a fair and objective manner, in compliance to procurement policies.
  • Research and procure potential vendors.
  • Manage data of the suppliers and contacts in the internal organization system.
  • Resolve the supply, quality service and issues in relations with the vendors.
  • Maintain an accurate filing of purchase documentations in system as well.
  • Maintain positive business relationship with all vendors and suppliers.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma in Engineering or relevant discipline.
  • Minimum of 3 years working experience in procrument.
  • Resourceful, pro-active and is able to work independently.
  • Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
