Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure that procurement of products and services are carried out in a fair and objective manner, in compliance to procurement policies.
- Research and procure potential vendors.
- Manage data of the suppliers and contacts in the internal organization system.
- Resolve the supply, quality service and issues in relations with the vendors.
- Maintain an accurate filing of purchase documentations in system as well.
- Maintain positive business relationship with all vendors and suppliers.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma in Engineering or relevant discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years working experience in procrument.
- Resourceful, pro-active and is able to work independently.
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
