Buyer

Responsibilities

• Responsible to source, negotiate and purchase from vendors to support projects and sales.
• Work with Production team and support in planning.
• Create and maintain good relationships with key vendors to ensure quality and monitor on time delivery.
• Assisting in day-to-day procurement operations.
• Assist in all procurement documentation related matters in a systematic order.
• Manage and maintain data in system promptly.
• Ensure continuous supply of required goods and materials and communicate and supply issues which may pose a risk or impact on business delivery targets and customer expectations.
• Work closely with team and ensure smooth material support.
• Evaluate supplier performance based on quality standard, delivery time, best price and ensure all criteria are met according to organization requirements and expectations.

Requirements

• 2-3 years working experience in electronics manufacturing environment.
• Diploma in Engineering / GEC O or ITE Electronics & Electrical Engineering.
• Good exposure in sourcing / procurement environment.
• Candidates without experience are welcome to apply.
