As a Network Supply Manager individual contributor, you will develop and implement a coordinated strategy and be part of a distributed team dedicated to this function across all Assembly and Test manufacturing locations. You will participate in and/or be responsible for the development and implementation of category strategies and projects related to but not limited to supply base optimization, lead time reductions, cashflow management, cost of ownership reduction initiatives, and pricing/contract negotiations. You will also work with partners and suppliers to resolve and prevent critical issues surrounding quality and delivery.

This will be done by understanding current and future needs, an analysis of market and company trends, perform and participate in the benchmarking of outstanding approaches, and see opportunities to demonstrate changes in processes, systems and product/services. Then prioritize and drive the implementation based upon estimating timing and level of savings captured. Other responsibilities include ensuring department compliance to company policies and departmental procedures. You will be responsible for providing input back to leadership on the building and implementing department strategies, processes, and policy through active participation on teams and projects.

This role requires close collaboration with Category Supplier Managers, Central Engineering, Planning/Industrial Engineering, Site Engineering, Finance, Legal and other partners.

• Handle procurement process

o Run Procure to Pay (P2P) process for capital, spares and services, not limited to delivery date follow up, cash flow maintenance, budgeting process, invoice reconciliation.

o Maintain timely delivery (OTD) to meet the network capacity requirement

• Handle Supplier Relationship

o Act as primary point of contact for assigned suppliers

o Perform commercial supplier qualification activities to ensure the commercial development of strategic suppliers

o Maintain collaborative relationships with supplier(s) while resolving supplier performance/capability issues

o Ensure suppliers stay in sync with code-of-conduct programs and corporate social responsibility initiatives

o Communicate key supplier management updates and decisions to multiple levels in the organization

o Provide the voice of the supply base to and vice versa.

• Identify and Implement Supplier-Related Savings Levers

o Apply data and should-cost models to drive cost improvement

o Serve as the subject matter expert for suppliers sharing knowledge with key partners

• Drive Negotiations with Suppliers for Sustaining Purchases

o Contract extensions and renewals

o Coordinate with Category Supplier Manager on global negotiations or lead local/regional sourcing events / RFQ process.

o Develop a contract strategy for handled suppliers and build, negotiate, monitor, and implement contracted terms and conditions

• Ensure Supplier Performance Management

o Continuous improvement on Capacity and lead time

o Partner with the Category team and to build comprehensive view of supplier performance. Consolidates supplier performance for roll up to QBR/ASE

o Collect and relay site- specific priorities to suppliers

o Collaborate internally to drive and develop key performance measures/metrics for Strategic Suppliers and supervise supplier performance against these expectations to ensure continuous supplier improvement
