Working Location: Outram/Katong Area
Working Hours: 5.5-day work week (Up to 44 hours, shift basis inc. Weekends & PHs)
Monthly Salary: Up to S$3K (Negotiable)
Job Description:
- Preparation of meat for sale (cutting, mincing, packing), adhering to Food Safety and Hygiene Procedures.
- Proper stock replenishment (FIFO) to ensure the product quality and freshness.
- Cleaning and maintenance of working tools/equipment to maintain a sanitary work environment.
- Service customer requests politely and professionally.
- Perform other ad hoc duties as instructed by the immediate superior.
Job Requirements:
- Knowledge of meat handling and cutting techniques.
- WSQ Certification in Food Safety and Hygiene.
- Prior Working Experience in a Food-Related Industry.
