Butcher/Meat Cutter, Retail (Multiple Locations)

Working Location: Outram/Katong Area

Working Hours: 5.5-day work week (Up to 44 hours, shift basis inc. Weekends & PHs)

Monthly Salary: Up to S$3K (Negotiable)

Job Description:

• Preparation of meat for sale (cutting, mincing, packing), adhering to Food Safety and Hygiene Procedures.
• Proper stock replenishment (FIFO) to ensure the product quality and freshness.
• Cleaning and maintenance of working tools/equipment to maintain a sanitary work environment.
• Service customer requests politely and professionally.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as instructed by the immediate superior.

Job Requirements:

• Knowledge of meat handling and cutting techniques.
• WSQ Certification in Food Safety and Hygiene.
• Prior Working Experience in a Food-Related Industry.
