The Opportunity

• Launch a blue-collar recruitment vertical under Sea Search SG, an AI-native executive search firm based in Singapore.
• Take full ownership and leadership of this new business unit, operating with a co-founder mentality rather than as a traditional hire.
  
  

What You'll Do

• Build and lead the blue-collar hiring business from the ground up.
• Leverage your own network of clients (employers) and worker/candidate pipelines to drive business growth.
• Establish and manage sourcing, screening, placement, and compliance workflows to ensure efficient and effective recruitment operations.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Based in Singapore.
• Demonstrated success and a proven track record in blue-collar or mass hiring; this role is for someone with experience, not for someone looking to learn on the job.
• Possess an existing network of employers and/or worker supply channels.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable with building processes and strategies without a predefined playbook.
• Strong understanding of Singapore's work-pass framework (WP/S Pass) and Ministry of Manpower (MOM) compliance requirements.
  
  

Compensation

• Significant equity in the joint venture, subject to vesting.
• Funding provided for initial business setup.
