Overview:
We are partnering with a leading Global US Medical Device MNC who is seeking to hire for a Business Unit Lead
We are seeking for a commercially ambitious Sales Leader to take ownership of the growth and development of the business across Southeast Asia. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who wants to build a business, shape the regional strategy, and directly influence growth across multiple markets.
Core Responsibilities:
- Own the SEA business strategy, identifying key growth opportunities and translating them into clear commercial plans.
- Manage a Direct Sales Team, in addition to other Channel Partners across the Region
- Full end-to-end P&L Ownership
- Drive regional revenue and market growth, with accountability for sales performance, profitability, and market share.
- Lead and develop the SEA commercial organisation, building a high-performing team and strong execution culture.
- Build strategic customer and distributor partnerships, strengthening market presence and expanding commercial opportunities.
- Lead market expansion and new business development, including new markets, product launches, and go-to-market strategies.
Desired Skillsets:
- Strong Experience in Direct Sales Team Management - minimum of 2 years of Line Management Experience
- Additional required experience of managing Channel Partners or Distributors in SEA
- Therapeutic Area of experience: ANY MEDICAL DEVICE (preference for experience in managing products that are positioned in the Premium Segment)
- Strong strategic thinking combined with a HANDS-ON approach to sales leadership.
