With the portfolio predominantly SAP-focused, the organisation is looking for a commercially minded leader who can not only set strategic direction and drive transformation, but also solve operational challenges, rebuild and strengthen the team, and deliver sustainable results.
Key responsibilities
Strategic & Commercial Leadership
Define and execute the go-to-market strategy for the Digital Solutions portfolio, with a strong focus on SAP.
Take full P&L accountability, ensuring sustainable revenue growth, profitability, and go-to-market expansion.
Build and strengthen C-level client relationships, positioning the business as a trusted transformation partner.
Identify opportunities to diversify and scale offerings over time.
Service Delivery & Transformation
Oversee delivery of SAP programs and projects, ensuring outcomes are achieved on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction.
Lead service recovery efforts, resolve operational challenges, and ensure a strong focus on customer success and experience.
Partner with clients to align technology solutions with transformation objectives, driving measurable ROI.
Champion continuous improvement, adopting innovative practices and emerging technologies.
Stakeholder & Team Leadership
Build, rebuild, and mentor high-performing delivery teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation.
Work hand-in-hand with Sales & BD to ensure seamless alignment between strategy, pipeline, and delivery capabilities.
Address operational challenges proactively, implementing structures and processes to ensure stability and scalability.
What youll need in order to succeed
Experience
1015+ years of experience in technology leadership roles, with a proven track record of success within the System Integrator(SI) ecosystem.
Demonstrated success in P&L management, go-to-market execution, and revenue growth.
Proven ability to address operational challenges, restructure or rebuild teams, and stabilise delivery.
Experience delivering large-scale ERP/digital transformation initiatives with measurable business outcomes.
Proven industry experience in sectors such as Healthcare, Public Sector, Automotive and others.
Skills & Competencies
Deep understanding of SAP ecosystems and their role in enabling business transformation.
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance growth and profitability.
Strategic thinker with proven ability to influence C-level stakeholders.
Excellent people leadership skills, with experience building and managing cross-functional teams.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to act as the bridge between sales, delivery, and clients.
