Technical Lead to lead the development, maintenance, and enhancement of business-critical applications and End-User Computing (EUC) solutions to banking/financial sector client.
- Present complex technical and business concepts in a clear and structured manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Lead the development, enhancement, and governance of End-User Computing (EUC) solutions, primarily leveraging Microsoft Access, Excel, VBA, and database technologies to support business-critical operations.
- Partner with business stakeholders to conduct business process analysis, identify operational inefficiencies, and recommend technology-enabled improvements aligned with organizational objectives.
- Drive Target Operating Model (TOM) design initiatives by assessing current-state processes, defining future-state workflows, and supporting business transformation programs within a banking environment.
- Perform Fit-Gap Analysis to evaluate business requirements against existing systems and processes, providing recommendations for enhancements, automation, and solution design.
- Develop and maintain applications and database solutions using SQL Server, SSIS, Stored Procedures, PowerShell scripting, and Windows Server technologies.
- Manage projects throughout the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, quality, and governance requirements using the Waterfall methodology.
- Act as the primary liaison between business users, project stakeholders, vendors, and the Bank's IT teams to facilitate effective communication and successful project execution.
- Support business transformation initiatives by translating business requirements into practical technology solutions and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Ensure all solutions adhere to banking regulatory requirements, risk controls, information security standards, and internal governance policies.
