Strategy Manager (Corporate Strategy & Business Transformation)

A regional platform is looking to hire a commercially focused professional to support strategic growth initiatives, business expansion opportunities, process improvements and executive level planning activities across Asia. This position will work closely with senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct commercial assessments on new markets, industry trends, and growth opportunities across the region
Support strategic planning, business analysis, and investment evaluation activities
Assist with partnerships, expansion initiatives, and transaction related workstreams including due diligence and commercial reviews
Prepare presentations, strategic papers, and management materials for leadership and shareholder discussions
Build financial and commercial analyses to support investment and capital allocation decisions
Engage with advisors, lenders, and external stakeholders to maintain awareness of market and financing developments
Support cross functional projects focused on operational improvement, reporting, and business transformation initiatives
Contribute to ad hoc strategic and commercial projects alongside senior leadership teams

Key Requirements:

Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline
Experience gained within consulting, investments, corporate finance, infrastructure, banking, strategy, or a commercial project based environment
Strong commercial thinking with the ability to assess business opportunities and strategic initiatives
Comfortable working with financial analysis, valuation concepts, and investment related materials
Strong communication and presentation skills with experience engaging senior stakeholders
Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a lean and fast paced setup
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills required
