Business Transformation Analyst (AI & Automation)

Phillip Nova is seeking motivated and analytical individuals to join us as Business Transformation Analysts (AI & Automation).

In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders across the organisation to identify opportunities for improvement and help design, develop, and implement AI and automation solutions that enhance efficiency, productivity, and business outcomes.

This position offers exposure to the full solution lifecycle, from business analysis and solution design to implementation, deployment, adoption, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand processes, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows through process redesign, automation, and AI.
• Design, develop, and implement automation tools, workflows, dashboards, and AI-enabled solutions.
• Support solution testing, deployment, user adoption, and continuous improvement.
• Prepare business requirements, process documentation, and solution artefacts.
• Contribute to digital transformation and continuous improvement initiatives across the organisation.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Engineering, Business, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and initiative.
• Keen interest in technology, AI, automation, and business transformation.

Exposure to any of the following would be advantageous:

• Python
• SQL
• Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI)
• AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, or similar platforms
• Data visualisation and reporting tools
• Workflow automation platforms
