We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst to support and enhance Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems within healthcare organisations. In this role, you will ensure that EMR solutions meet the needs of healthcare professionals and contribute to better patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the implementation, optimisation, and enhancement of EMR systems
- Gather, analyse, and document user requirements to improve system functionality
- Partner with healthcare professionals to understand workflows, challenges, and opportunities
- Conduct testing and validation of new features, updates, and system enhancements
- Prepare and maintain user documentation, guides, and training materials
- Provide ongoing user support and troubleshooting for EMR-related issues
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent (Fresh Graduates welcome)
- Strong eagerness to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies
- Flexible and adaptable in meeting evolving business and user needs
- Critical thinker with the ability to approach problems from multiple perspectives
- Dependable, proactive, and able to take ownership of tasks to ensure accurate and timely completion
- Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse user groups and manage differing viewpoints
- Clear and concise communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with leadership and subject matter experts
- Analytical mindset to identify root causes, resolve issues, and implement preventive solutions
- Ability to build strong working relationships with stakeholders and vendors

- Experience in the healthcare industry will be an advantage
