Job Description

Business & System Analysis

  • Lead end-to-end business and system requirements analysis for enterprise platforms, ensuring alignment with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and technology standards.
  • Translate complex business needs into clear functional, non-functional, data, and integration requirements, including APIs, interfaces, workflows, security, performance, and scalability.
  • Own requirements validation and traceability throughout the delivery lifecycle, partnering with solution architects and development teams to ensure designs and implementations meet agreed outcomes assess solution effectiveness post-implementation.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, developers, infrastructure, cloud, and cybersecurity teams to drive shared understanding and timely delivery across multiple systems, regions, and client environments.
  • Proactively identify system impacts, dependencies, and risks, and recommend mitigation strategies to support stable and scalable solution delivery.
  • Support and maintain BAU systems to ensure ongoing stability and performance.

Stakeholder & Executive Engagement .

  • Develop and present clear, structured analysis artefacts for senior stakeholders and executives, including business cases, solution options, impact assessments, and decision papers, to support governance and informed decision-making.
  • Engage steering committees and programme governance forums with concise insights on scope, dependencies, risks, trade-offs, and delivery implications.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to business and technology leaders, facilitating discussions to align priorities, manage expectations, and resolve competing requirements.
  • Ensure alignment and consistency across business requirements, system designs, delivery plans, and change impacts at all stakeholder touchpoints throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Translate complex technical and delivery considerations into clear, business-focused narratives for executive audiences.
  • Support change and adoption discussions by clearly articulating impacts to operating models, processes, controls, and end users.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in system/business analysis within IT or digital delivery projects.
  • Experience in gathering, analysing, and documenting business and system requirements across the full project lifecycle.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams including business users, developers, and infrastructure teams.
  • Hands-on involvement in system implementation, testing (SIT, UAT), deployment, and post-implementation support.
  • Familiarity with enterprise or cloud-based systems and system integration projects.
  • Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with hands-on experience in Agile / Scrum delivery methodologies. Experience supporting or delivering solutions built on Microsoft .NET platforms, including system implementation and integration.
  • Working knowledge of MSSQL, .NET, and related development, configuration, or support tools.
  • Ability to produce clear, structured functional, technical, and requirements traceability documentation.
  • Solid understanding of application architecture and design principles within enterprise environments.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail. Effective stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
  • Self-motivated, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities.
