BUSINESS SYSTEM ANALYST

Serve as the functional and technical subject matter expert for payment systems, supporting domestic, cross-border, and real-time payment processes.

Analyze business and operational requirements and translate them into functional specifications, technical solution designs, and system enhancements.

Provide expertise in payment workflows, message formats, interfaces, host-to-host integrations, and transaction processing rules.

Support system configuration, SIT/UAT testing, defect resolution, and production issue analysis to ensure stable payment operations.

Work with application teams, infrastructure teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to implement upgrades, integrations, and process improvements.

Monitor payment application performance, investigate transaction failures, and perform root cause analysis for system and interface issues.

Prepare and maintain technical documents, interface mappings, process flows, and support procedures while ensuring compliance with security, audit, and regulatory standards.
