About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and business-savvy Business Support Executive to support our Business Development team in presenting and preparing presentations for key performance data, financial insights, and business trends. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, an eye for design, and the ability to translate complex data into clear, compelling presentations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and design professional presentations that summarize business performance, financial data, and operational insights using PowerPoint and/ or Canva.
- Analyze and interpret Profit & Loss (P&L) statements, revenue trends, and other key financial indicators to support decision-making.
- Track and report on business performance metrics, including revenue, profitability, and cost trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather accurate and up-to-date information.
- Maintain a consistent and professional visual style in all presentation materials in line with company branding.
- Support Business Development team in preparing materials for internal and external meetings, business reviews, and client presentations.
- Identify and present opportunities for business improvement through data insights.
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Business, Finance, Marketing, Communications, IT or a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Canva.
- Basic understanding of P&L statements, revenue analysis, and basic financial concepts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
