What You'll Do
As a key member of our SHRI CORP team, you will be the Project Lead for one of our strategic, national-level programmes such as the Career Conversion Programme for Human Capital Professionals (CCP-HCP), in collaboration with WSG. Exposure to such strategic programmes will sharpen your technical skills, industry understanding and enrich your career.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Lead for Career Conversion Programme (70%)
- Actively follow-up on CCP leads and liaise with companies with the intent and commitment to commence CCP
- Own and lead the administration and coordination of CCP applications, including systematic recordkeeping of respective company folders on Sharepoint
- Ensure strict compliance with CCP programme guidelines, timely submission of documents to WSG
- Actively track and monitor CCP timelines (compilation of CCP data, OJT period, salary disbursement phases) for different companies
- Deliver on non-financial placement targets
- Lead the audit preparation for CCPs
CRM Support (10%)
- Liaise with other LOBs (Finance, Marcomms, Events, Academy) on consolidation and data cleansing of client databases
- Complete first-level analysis of CRM database and make recommendations on warm leads to LOBs on go-to-market segments
- Support client invoicing and vendor coordination where necessary
Consulting Support (10%)
- Support desktop research, data collection, preparation of NDAs, first-level analysis for consulting engagements
- Assist in the preparation of presentation / workshop materials, administrative and coordination support to Consultants / Facilitators for ongoing engagements
General Duties Support (10%)
- Support the preparation of SHRI events and/or workshops
- Handle other administrative or coordination tasks to support the SHRI Corp team

Other Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Human Resource Management, or related discipline
- 1-3 years of experience in administrative, operations, or project support role
- Familiarity with government programmes such as CCP is a strong advantage
- Proficient in MS Suite
