Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Support Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for candidates with strong communication skills, excellent command of business software tools
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with quotation follow-ups and liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal teams
- Coordinate with the supply chain team to support order fulfilment, including shipping arrangements and tracking of shipments
- Compile reports, and documentation
- Maintain and update records, trackers, and shared documents for cross-department collaboration
- Handle basic administrative and coordination tasks to support business operations
- Communicate effectively in Chinese and English with customers and stakeholders
- Support other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree/ Diploma in Business, Administration, or a related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Able to write and speak fluent Chinese to liaise with Chinese-speaking clients and partners
- Detail-oriented with good time management and multitasking skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
