Job Description:

The Business Support role involves providing administrative and operational assistance to ensure the smooth running of business functions. This role supports departments such as finance, HR, marketing, operations, or senior management with clerical, organisational, and project-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

. Provide administrative support such as managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.

. Maintain and update records, databases, and filing systems.

. Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and documents.

. Coordinate office procedures and logistics, including procurement of supplies and managing office equipment.

. Act as a point of contact between departments, clients, and external stakeholders.

. Support project management activities, including tracking deadlines and organizing documentation.

. Process invoices, purchase orders, and assist with basic financial reporting.

. Ensure compliance with company policies and confidentiality requirements.

. Contribute to the continuous improvement of business processes and systems.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or A Level
  • Proven experience in an administrative, business support, or office management role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and/or Google Workspace.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Team player with a proactive, can-do attitude.
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles (a plus).

Work Environment:

  • Office-based, depending on company policy.
  • May require occasional travel or extended hours during busy periods.
