The Job Responsibilities:
. Administrative support to sales department.
. Handling urgent calls, emails, and messages from existing customers when Sales Representatives are unavailable.
. Handling incoming orders with sales representatives by checking for correct prices, discounts, product numbers and inventory before generating of sales order.
. Attend to walk in customer when marketing department is preoccupied.
. To update on commercial team sales revenue based on data provided by the accounts department.
. To follow up with key customer on after sales matter such as dispute on service quote, service matter or loan unit with sales department head.
. Prepare quotations.
. Experience in utilizing AI tools will be an added advantage.
. Any other related administrative duties as assigned.
What It Takes:
. Tertiary education preferred, candidates with the right attitude without the necessary academic qualifications are welcome to apply.
. 2 or more years experience as a Sales Coordinator or CustomerService role in similar capacity may be advantageous.
. Candidates with no experience with the right aptitude and attitude may be considered.
. Sales/Customer service oriented & possess good interpersonal, analytical and communication skills and able to communicate with multiple levels of employees are necessary to excel in this role.
. Computer literacy and proficient in MS Office such as Words, Excel etc.
. Good administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
