SUMMARY
The Business Support Executive provides administrative and operational support to the Sales team to ensure smooth sales processes and excellent customer service. This role is responsible for preparing quotations and tenders, coordinating customer requests, maintaining accurate databases, and generating reports to support business performance.
RESONSIBILITIES
- Prepare accurate and timely quotations to support sales initiatives and tender submissions
- Follow up on sales orders to ensure smooth processing and customer satisfaction
- Generate detailed reports and maintain up-to-date databases to support decision-making and operational tracking
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to enhance client retention and satisfaction
- Utilize Microsoft Office tools to create documents, presentations, and spreadsheets that support marketing and sales activities
- Collaborate effectively within the team to achieve shared goals and deliverables
- Demonstrate meticulous organization and attention to detail in managing administrative tasks
- Leverage knowledge of SAP/SAGE systems, when applicable, to support sales and inventory management
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma in Business, Science, Engineering, or a related field with minimium of 3 years of experience in sales support, order management or business operations
- Prior experience in the medical equipment, devices, or consumables industry is an advantage
- Strong communication skills with proficiency in spoken and written English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Meticulous, well-organised, and detail-oriented
- Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and grow
- Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems is preferred
- A collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively across departments
