The Job: Business Support Executive
- Support procurement and purchase including preparing price quotation and update of product catalogue
- Consolidating orders, issuance of Sales Order, Purchase Order and tracking of shipment status.
- Checking product information to ensure regulatory compliance including preparation of ingredient sticker labels, BCRS compliance etc
- Assist to fill up product listing forms, maintaining customer stock card, tracking customer orders and fulfilment status.
- Stock inventory management including but not limited to creation of product codes, uploading of goods received in the inventory system.
- Assist to co-ordinate cargo clearance and logistics for incoming shipments
- Admin support to Sales and Accounts
- Proper filing and maintenance of accounting records and official documents
- Support ad hoc duties assigned by the Management
The Person:
- Diploma or equivalents with at least 2- 3 years of relevant working experience.
- Working knowledge of Basic Accounting and/or inventory software an advantage
- Mature, independent, meticulous, responsible and resourceful. Proficient in English language.
- Proficient in MS excel
