Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and marketing support to the Sales & Marketing Divisions
  • Prepare quotations, follow up on sales orders and tender preparations
  • Generate reports and maintenance of database
  • Help to build and maintain good relationship with customers

Requirements:

  • Singaporean ONLY
  • At least 4 years Sales support experience, not any other admin or Supply Chain related, etc
  • Must be Degree holders, preferably with the background of medical, scientific or equivalent
  • Excellent understanding of SAP/SAGE/ERP system
  • Good communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Meticulous and organized
